‍The Regulatory Support / PIF Manager will manage product and ingredients data (e.g. specifications, compositions, label contents, etc) and collect, upload and manage corresponding documentation (MSDSs, test reports, declarations from suppliers, etc.) in our compliance software, to prepare the Product Information Files (PIFs) for product safety assessment performed by the colleague safety assessors.

2) Marketing & Sales Assistant (Consultancy Services and Compliance Software)

The Marketing & Sales Assistant will manage the online and offline presence of the company and its products, generate leads, convert leads to clients, and hand-over to a Regulatory Project Manager team-member. Once a client, you remain the clients’ contact person for all non-expert related matters, where appropriate support the expert team-member to best service the client, and potentially upsell additional services.

You will take over the tasks from the Director Business Development and Finance, and add marketing and sales expertise. The Marketing & Sales function must be taken to a higher level, where needed with 3rd party services and support. Over time, after clear personal contribution and continued company growth, you will have increasing responsibilities.
